IQ Systems and Research Private Limited (IQSR) is an infrastructure project implementation, training, survey and research agency headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal. In more than a decade and a half since its incorporation on 2 July 2010, it has become a trusted agency for project implementation, field research and policy planning across India.

The company was set up to apply modern technology and equipment, analytical quantitative techniques and systems methodology to problems of development, planning and decision-making in project management. From a base of large-scale field data collection, IQSR has expanded into GIS-based solutions, biometric and smart-card enrolment, utility and consumer indexing surveys, municipal valuation and assessment work, and end-to-end data management and digitisation.

Its research combines quantitative and qualitative techniques with a single objective: action-oriented research that gives clients critical inputs for decision-making, based on sound and accurate information and on skilled analysis and interpretation.
