This website is operated by IQ Systems and Research Private Limited (CIN U73100WB2010PTC150981), 38C, B. T. Road, 1st Floor, Flat – 1A, “Kalpana Apartment”, Kolkata – 700056, West Bengal, India (“IQSR”, “we”). This policy explains what personal data this website handles and how.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load content from other services: its fonts and images are served from this site.

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., automatically records technical information about each request — such as the IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested — to deliver and secure the website.

When you send the enquiry form, the details you type — name, organisation, email, phone if you give it, and your message — pass through our hosting provider and are delivered as an email to info@iqsystem.in by our email provider, Hostinger. The website itself keeps no copy. When you email us directly, we receive only what you send.

How we use it

We use the details in your enquiry — name, organisation, email, phone and message — only to reply to you and to discuss the assignment you raise. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing, and we do not share it except where the law requires us to.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete them. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or erase it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@iqsystem.in and we will respond.

IQSR also publishes mobile applications. Each application has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing.
