Project

Biometric enrolment of residents by ECMP kits and child enrolment by tablets in connection with the creation of Aadhaar by UIDAI in Bihar and West Bengal.

Scope of work undertaken

Major deliverables and activities

  1. Maintenance and operation of certified biometric devices and other hardware and infrastructure.
  2. Ensuring enrolment software is installed on the required laptops and desktops.
  3. Ensuring availability of certified operators and supervisors at enrolment centres.
  4. Set-up of enrolment centres and enrolment stations, mainly in rural areas.
  5. Capture of demographic and biometric data of the general population.
  6. Provision of acknowledgement slips to residents.
  7. Ensuring successful data transfer to CIDR and upload of BME packets to the UIDAI server.
  8. File backup and storage of enrolment data as per UIDAI guidelines.
  9. Storage of documents until handover to the agency nominated by UIDAI for DMS.
  10. Remedial and corrective action in the event of process or quality deviations.
